How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
We are confident that you will love your Élevé purchase so our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they’re securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sleepwear, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Are there any charges for returns?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You don’t need to pay when posting your order, we will withhold a fixed service fee of £5.90 from your refund once your return has been processed.
- International returns will be made at your own cost.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
