We are confident that you will love your Élevé purchase so our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Returns from within the UK are FREE - just contact us using the link below and our hospitality team will guide you through the process!
As our team are based in the UK returns from outside of the UK will be made at your own cost.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Please CONTACT US indicating the item(s) you would like to return/exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned in proper packaging.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund via your original payment method within 7 working days.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return conditions (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they’re securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where no refund will be granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
