What details are we collecting?

We'll collect and save your IP address, cookie ID and browsing data which will enable us to see that you've been on our site and where you have been on our site (we won't know it's you by name though)

Why we're collecting it

To recognise frequent visitors to the site so we can serve you the most relevant content like showing you ads with discounts and promos if you’ve shopped with us before (so you are the first to know) and showing you ads when products are selling out (so you don’t miss out). To analyse parts of the website we may need to change to improve the overall user experience. To ensure that we keep our site as secure as possible by blocking any suspicious behaviour. 

We do all of this as it is in our legitimate business interests to do so.

Who will have access to this data

The information is collected on our behalf by the following companies: 

Google Analytics, [Google Ireland Ltd. Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland] 

The third parties' software collects and stores that data (however, don't worry, they won't use your data for any other purpose other than collecting and storing the data on our behalf). The special members of our staff that are employed to deal with the above third parties will also have access to this data (don't worry, no staff that don't need to access the data for the above purpose will have access to it).

What details are we collecting?

We'll collect your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, chosen payment details (although we only see a tokenized version of these - only the payment processor has secure access to the full details), and details of what you have chosen to purchase. 

If you are an existing ÉLEVÉ customer, or you choose to create an account with us during the checkout process then we will also request a password from you, which we process securely.

Why we're collecting it

We're collecting this because we need to be able to take payment for the goods you have chosen to purchase, verify that your payment method is valid, and ship the goods to your chosen address. 

We do this as we need to do so in order to fulfil our contract with you, and because it is in our legitimate business interests to do so in an efficient manner.

The special members of our staff that are employed to deal with the above third parties will also have access to this data (don't worry, staff that don't need to access the data for the above purpose will not have access to it).
